Your future responsibilities
You’ll join Nordeas Platform Engineering team, where we we plan and build all areas of the large, strategic Nordea Compute Platforms and design the future of banking. We are collaborating to create an even better user experience for our customers.

 

What you’ll be doing:

  • Design and implement the Nordea Compute platforms
  • Ensure continuous updating of infrastructure and documentation.
  • Assist business and platform owners to find the right technical IT solutions and the right setup.
  • Act as a consulting partner for platform owners, project managers and others.
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of processes with focus on Compute infrastructure.

 

The role can be based in any of the Nordic capitals. We welcome you to a team of highly skilled Technical Architects, Platform Owners and Engineers that is on constant outlook to develop, simplify and automate for reliable and scaleable services.

Your profile and background:

The successful candidate in this position would be passionate about reaching strategic business targets with the use of technology. You’re persistent by nature, can act with great patience and will not compromise on quality in your work.

  • Have knowledge of infrastructure, cloud, integration, security elements and the related technical aspects. Eg: VMware technologies, Servers, storage, Cloud especially IaaC
  • Experience with Cloud and Hybrid Cloud
  • Scripting/Coding experience eg. in Terraform, Ansible
  • Experience of scoping ideas to specific tasks, when content, time and goals are unclear.
  • Are able to work cross silos with other engineers and architects
