Pega Software Engineers to Lending Transformation i Stockholm

We are looking for Pega Software Engineers and experienced system developers that wants to be part of our cross functional maintenance team with the objective to meet the consumer demands on self-service and automation in the lending process. You will be a part of an agile team and involved in the development process in one of our most important areas within Lending area. This is a unique opportunity for you to get into the creation of a new technology platform where you will be one of our key players for our continued growth.

As software engineer you will work with both application development and maintenance and be working closely to the business partners. We are running a large initiative with the purpose to meet the consumer demands in the lending process based on the Pega platform. This is one of Swedbank’s most prioritized areas which will strengthen the digital ability for bank.

• Act as teamplayer in the cross functional team and constantly improve the way of working
• Have, and continue to gain, good knowledge of the business in the value stream
• Decide on how to build the solution within architecture frames
• Solve and deploy solutions of incidents and problems
• Readiness to have on-call for the IT services developed and maintained by the CFT
• Ensure quality awareness and care when designing, building and maintaining software
• Contribute in all areas: analyze, design, develop, test and maintain services delivered by the team
• Proactively reduce the technical depths

To be able to take on this role as Pega Software engineer you will need experience of working in Agile digital development as well as very good communication skills in English both writing and speaking.
You feel strong ownership for what you deliver and always have open-minded, solution-oriented approach, but you are also proactive and have an outgoing spirit. Good cooperation skills with team and stakeholders are a must for being able to deliver best services.
Academic degree in engineering or any other relevant discipline is a must.

You must alsdo have a valid work permit in Sweden (alt. EU-citizenship). 

• You have at least 3 years of Software Engineering background from Banking or other IT industry
• Previous experience with the Pega platform
• Pega Experience and/or Pega System Architect certification(s)
• Experience of databases, e.g. Oracle
• Linux Experience
• Basic knowledge in SQL
