About the job

Our team at AML process office would be responsible to support Swedish banking with analysis and to provide compliant processes for managing risk evaluation, within AML and KYC domain. We are also responsible to ensure improvements and requirements, which are introduced both internally and via external authorities are developed and delivered continuously.

As a Project manager/Requirements manager your main responsibility would be to deliver projects within the AML/KYC area, with close collaboration with other departments in Swedbank, such as Digital banking.

Your main responsibility would be to identify the appropriate approach/Strategy for moving the project forward and support the project to deliver with good quality and on agreed timeline.

The main purpose is to ensure compliance with regulations and improving customer on-boarding processes.

You main responsibility would be within the following area:

  • Project management
  • Requirements management
  • Process development (and Improvement)
