Business Controller to ABB i Västerås

Would you like to work in an international environment for an expanding unit that holds large projects and own production? If you are ready for a challenge, you should become our new Business Controller. You will be a part of the Motors & Generators business unit in ABB that offers a comprehensive range of reliable and high efficiency motors and generators for a wide range of applications on a global market.

In this position, you will work in close collaboration with the Business Manager, with whom you will establish a financial and controlling partnership to support and advice in strategic initiatives and operational decision-making. You will be responsible for the budget and forecasting process and drive appropriate cost structure, productivity optimization and capital efficiency. You will manage and monitor the cash flow and take action to improve Net Working Capital. As member of the management team, you will contribute in shaping our business for the future.

On a personal level, we believe you are team player with a solution oriented working style. Your communication and collaboration skills will be highly valued, as well as your drive for achieving results. As our expert in all controller-related issues, we believe you have experience of leading and implementing change in the business. You are proficient in English and Swedish.

As a ground foundation, you hold an MBA or equivalent Economical degree and a couple of years’ experience of multinational business models, accounting and business control functions. Highly qualifying is skills in risk and change management, as well as leadership experience.
