Find your place in a fast-moving environment where you as Application Maintenance Lead for our 3rd party logistic (3PL) area will have a key role to plan, lead and develop our online warehouse solutions to the next level.


By taking on this opportunity, you will be part of an area and a team that has been expanding the last years with focus on online expansion and time to market. Now we are in a phase where we need to focus more to set the right way of working forward and to work with sustainable solutions in partnership with our vendors.


This is truly a global role where you will collaborate with the Logistics business, internal H&M functions and other IT entities as well as with local warehouses/logistic sites all around the world.


This is a key role at H&M IT Logistics role where you will obtain an important business impact on our ability to keep customer promise, accuracy in stock balance, available to promise and our ability to manage goods in time as well as avoid lack of space.


You as AM Lead are important and you should be able to switch from coordinating others to understand operational details to support the Service. This requires high skills within communication, an analytic mind and a dedicated focus on solving problems.


Your mission will be to to strengthen application management capability, by aligning it closer to development for full service delivery responsibility. We are re-working the responsibilities within this role, meaning you will have the possibility to affect parts of its shape.


Tasks and responsibilities
The job as an AM Lead comes with lots of responsibility – and lots of fun. Your main areas of responsibility include:
  • Ensure stable operations delivered according to existing SLA, delivered by the vendor(s)
  • Managing communication and relationship with our 3PL vendors. Work in close collaboration with new and existing vendors.
  • Point of contact and act upon escalations or questions from vendors and internal stakeholders
  • Accountable for application business SLA
  • Be the "IT-partner to the business side and secure relationship with business in order to deliver and meet expectations
  • Set goals and directions for the maintenance work and drive alignment between involved parties, e.g. other AM teams
  • Proactively lead the work for system and solution continuous improvements, together with team and vendor
  • Ensure from a governance perspective that we comply with H&M processes and implement new when they come
  • Taking an active part in the strategic work with constant improvement of the AM function within H&M IT. Manage communication and relationship with adjacent AM organizations
  • Actively prepare and participate in operational meetings with our warehouses, problem and incident meetings and task force meetings.
  • Work with Accenture WMS team lead with team- and process performance and improvements. Take required actions based on result.
  • Report status and escalate to ISR 3PL

  • Experience from Integrated Enterprise solutions
  • Experience from working within a global organization
  • Experience from software development project, standard system implementation and/or from Roll out of Global Solutions
  • You are driven, well-structured in your work and excellent in fact-based decision-making
  • You have a holistic view and are proactive
  • Fluent in English (Swedish is a merit)

You will be located at our IT-department in Stockholm, Marievik, where we have an activity-based workplace in order for you to have the best possible conditions for flexible and productive work. Some travelling will be part of this role.
