We are looking for an Assistant Buyer with a passion for Beauty and strong business sense who wants to be part of the journey to create growth within our new H&M Beauty brand.

What makes buying at H&M exciting?
At H&M it´s all about teamwork! You’ll be working at our Head Office in Stockholm together with Designers and Business Controllers, developing new collections for all H&M sales markets globally. In the role as a Assistant Buyer your responsibility areas are sample handling, order follow up and order quantification. You take part in the product development process, the assortment planning and building and you are a crucial part of the sales analysis and follow-up.

Are you the one we are looking for?
H&M Buying Office is a dynamic workplace where fast pace and rapid changes are a natural part of your working day. Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt to change are essential. If you have an entrepreneurial mindset and like taking initiative you will like it at H&M, as we are a flat organization with a straight forward and open-minded culture and short decision paths.

We are looking for someone with strong analytical skills, method and, above all, salesmanship. You should be passionate about keeping up to date with the fast-pace and ever-changing Beauty world around us.

We believe our next Assistant Buyer:
• has passion for beauty
• is driven and sales oriented
• has minimum two years experience of working as an Assistant Buyer
• is analytic and has a sense for numbers
• has a talent for product development or an eye for visuals

It’s an advantage if you also have:
• a proven buying/business degree
• experience in buying, promotion or beauty industry
• experience in online business
