Production Controller, Lantmännen Cerealia
We are looking for a business-oriented Production Controller to our site in Järna where we produce products to our well-known and popular food brands AXA, START! and Kungsörnen Pasta. You will be a key business partner, providing instrumental decision support and high-quality financial insights. This is what you will do

As Production Controller, you will be responsible for the monthly reporting, forecasting and budget on the site. You will lead and coordinate the production controlling process, always trying to identify and drive possible improvements. Another part of the role is to establish and monitor important KPIs as well as making cost- and investment calculations and build business cases. The role of the Production Controller is crucial; your financial work and advice enable us to make the right kind of business decisions for the production.

In this role, you will have a wide range of contact areas, in both the production site and at our headquarter. For example, you will be an important member of the supply chain controlling team and a key part of the finance function. You will also be a part of the site production management team and work closely with the production managers, as well as other business controllers within Cerealia. You will report to Supply Chain Finance Manager and the location for the role is in Järna. This is a fixed term position up to one year.

This is what you need to succeed

You have:

• At least 2-5 year experience with business/financial controlling, preferably in a retail- or foodbusiness
• Exposure to supply chain and/or product costing is favorable
• Advanced Excel skills and a good understanding of IT-tools, preferably experience with Cognos & M3.
• Fluent in English and Scandinavian languages
• Academic degree in Finance or equivalent
