HR Advisor to AB Lindex, Distribution Center i Borås

Job DescriptionYou will be part of our Distribution Center, with operations on two sites in Partille and Borås. As an HR advisor, you are an active support to Lindex five DC Supervisors and to the DC Manager. You will be a very important part of the DC Management Team. The work includes both strategic work as well as operational tasks. A big part of the work is administrative, but you are also an important support to the DC supervisors in their roles as staff responsible managers. You will be the local expert regarding questions related to labor law, rehabilitation matters, union negotiations etc. As our HR advisor you will have a central role with lots of internal and external contacts. In order to keep up with HR related questions, and to develop your competence, there will be a close coordination with Lindex central HR department. The work place will be both in Partille and Borås.

Are you the one we are looking for?

• University degree within HR or equivalent.
• Previous work experience from HR, both operative and strategic HR work. Minimum 3 years and preferably from the blue collar side
• Work experience from employment law, labor relations and union negotiation
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, especially excel
• Fluent in Swedish in both speaking and writing
• Good knowledge in English in both speaking and writing
