About IT Online Distribution & H&M IT Logistics

Logistics within H&M covers the business processes of Transport, Trade and Distribution/Warehouse. We have the responsibility for H&M's global supply chain from the Production countries to the Warehouses and to the Stores and our Customers. Our responsibility at IT Online Distributions is to secure that the business can plan, execute and follow up our outbound transports concerning track & trace, service levels and costs for the Online channel. Our growth and expansion require a lot from our IT-solutions which put us in the center for many exciting and important deliveries both in maintenance situations and ongoing pre-studies/projects.

About the position
As a Test lead at Online Distribution you will be responsible for and secure the quality of the delivery from our supplier of the Parcel Shipment Service (PSS) and surrounding projects and systems. PSS is purchased as a Software as a Service (SaaS) solution from an external supplier.

You will have regular contact and work close to the SaaS solution representatives, with our largest online programs and business representatives. You will also be responsible for the PSS tests and secure that they are handled in accordance with expectations. You will do this in collaboration with a great team of System Responsible, Project Leaders, Architects, Release Coordinators and Supplier System Testers.

In brief the assignment means that you will specify, follow up, execute part of test and coordinate procedures amongst several systems and communicate results with stakeholders such as the service provider, surrounding projects and our business.

You will be located at our IT-department in Stockholm, Marievik, where we have an activity-based workplace in order for you to have the best possible conditions for flexible and productive work.

• Develop, adapt and improve the test process for the area
  
• Execute test scenarios
  
• Participate and lead test meetings and workshops
  
• Establish and manage contacts as well as be the natural speaking partner for PSS tests
  
• Together with the team ensure realization of overall tests as well as quality assure the solution together with our Requirement Analysts
  
• Ensure that the tests support current and future workflows, through dialogue and cooperation with stakeholders such as the SaaS supplier, the internal team, related projects and maintenance situations
  
• Continuous documentation of test routines

• Experience from test approx. 5 years
  
• Experience of Test Management in complex systems where integration and business rules are important factors
• Strong ability to handle, communicate and coordinate with many stakeholders
• Experienced in conducting workshops and formalizing test needs to business requirements
• Have a business and customer-oriented mindset
• Are fluent in speaking and writing English (Swedish is a merit)
• Merit with experience from Logistics
• Enjoy taking responsibility and enjoy working in flexible and changing environment
• Positive with experiences from Jira
