Are you a Requirements Analyst with long experience in analysing requirements from business and IT?  We are looking for a Requirement Analyst with great communication skills within the area Assortment Planning to Buying Office and Production Office. 


We deliver core business functionality to the Buying Office and Production Office (BOPO) organization at H&M.  You will be part of the delivery area - Assortment Planning that supports part of the business working with assortment planning and controlling at the Buying Office.


To be successful in this role we believe you are driven, structured, inspiring and like to be central part in of the delivery area. As a Requirement Analyst you will collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders such as Project Management, Business Owners, Product Owners, System Architects and the Development team. As the development work is bought as a service, you need to establish a strong relationship with and collaboration with our vendor requirement specifier.


Working together with people in different roles, as well as interpreting and clarifying needs and requirements comes natural to you. You can see the big picture and work towards a vision. You are inspired and motivated by the high pace of change and the possibilities to make changes to our way of working.

Our business is placed in Stockholm and Asia and the teams are based in Sweden and India.


Your responsibilities
The job of a Requirements Analyst at H&M comes with a lot of responsibility – and lots of fun. Your to do-list includes:
  • Analyse and define business needs/features, business processes, concepts and information models as well as system quality requirements
  • Identify dependencies and consequences, coordinate requirements with surrounding systems
  • Driving investigations and preparation of decision material
  • Working closely to and collaborate with Product Owners, Product Management and System Architects to secure the quality of the feature implementation.
  • Participate in vision work for the Products within the delivery area/release train.
  • Modelling – information modelling and mock-ups
  • Communicate and support the Product Owner, Product Management and Development team with information about features, enablers and risks.

Your skills

  • At least 3-4 years of practical experience in requirements analysis and User Experience
  • Experience from working with Mock-ups and working with prototype tools like Axure or Balsamiq
  • Experience of facilitating workshops
  • Experience from working with development teams
  • Experience with user journey maps, effect maps and user interviews and user testing
  • Helicopter view in a complex IT landscape
  • Professional communications skills in English
  • Courageous and communicative when choosing the best solution
  • Humble and responsive
Qualifying:
  • Experience from working with offshore teams is an advantage
  • Experience from information modelling
  • Experience of working agile (SCRUM).
  • Communication skills in Swedish
This is a fulltime position based in Marievik, Stockholm. Some travels to our offshore vendors are to be expected.
