Senior IAM Specialists to join our team working with risk reduction and
compliance within the Identity & Access Management area. The positions will
cover two main areas of our services that are linked together in an agile
framework.
This is an
opportunity for you to work with continuous improvement of our IAM control
framework and maturity of IAM processes strengthening IT security within Nordea
- turning high level security requirements into IAM process requirements,
implemented and controlled by our sister teams in IAM.

Your future responsibilities
You’ll join IAM Risk Management team, where we are responsible for IAM
governance, IAM reporting and IAM Audits & risks (administration and
further maturation of our IAM Control framework, including management of risks
and audit issues). Travel may be
applied to the job.
What you’ll be doing:
- Analyse and assess current and future risks
- Transform high level security requirements into IAM process requirements
- Identify and ensure implementation of relevant controls related to risk picture
- Contribute to further maturing the IAM control framework
The role is based in Stockholm, Sweden.

Your profile and background:
Both roles:
- Experience within IAM
- Understanding of IAM processes
- Understanding of risk picture
of IAM
- Passion for data analytics and
KPI/KRI reporting
- Structured mindset
- Experienced in agile
methodology - Scrum Master role may apply to the job
- Not afraid of stepping outside
own comfort zone
- Fluency in English, spoken and
written
IAM
Specialist, type 1:
- Experience in IAM governance
- Passion for working with
preventive and detective controls
- Able to transfer technical
language to business language
IAM
Specialist, type 2:
- Passion for operationalizing
IAM processes
- Build and maintain controls in
tools
