Part time HR-assistant i Stockholm

What are you going to do:

Your main tasks

Your overall responsibilities and main tasks as the HR-assistant will be to:

1. - Give overall administrative support on on-going HR projects (employee opinion survey, employer branding, work environment, compensation & benefits processes, onboarding etc)
2. - Provide administrative support in the Talent Management process
3. - Coordinate and support in implementation of training and development activities
4. - Update information in the HRIS-system (Workday) and on the intranet
5. - Keep the personnel handbook and policies up to date
6. - Assist in recruitment processes (administrative support in Workday)

To succeed in this role we want you to have:

1. - An HR interest and be in the beginning or middle of your HR studies
2. - 1-2 years of experience of performing administrative tasks. Prior experience of HR administration is a plus but definitely not mandatory
3. - Solid communications skills in English and be fluent in Swedish
4. - A good command of MS Office programs

If you have previous experience of working with Workday it´s a big plus.

You are thorough, responsible and like to provide administrative support. You are curious and love to learn new things while being able to prioritize. You can act professionally and give support in an efficient way. You also like to see things to an end and take responsibility for your ongoing various projects.

Pernod Ricard Sweden is a part of Pernod Ricard Northern Europe and the HR department in Sweden consists of the HR Director Northern Europe, the HR Business Partner Sweden & Baltics, the Senior HR Business Controller and the HR Coordinator, S&R. We also work closely with our HR colleagues in Denmark and Finland. In other words, you will get hands on experience in working in a Northern European HR set up. Pernod Ricard HQ is based in Paris and there will also be instructions and tasks coming from them to act on.

Extra information

This is a part-time position on an hourly set up consisting of work 15-20 hours per week for a fixed period of time (12 months to start with but with a good chance of prolongation). The hours per week will of course adapted to your studies. Preferred start date is August.
