About the position

Join our team in a fast-moving environment where you as an Application Expert have a key role in linking together business and technology. You will work with the whole chain from analyzing the business needs, specifying requirements and all the way to developing and configuring the application. You will be working in our application called SMaPP which supports the production planning and prognosis business process. Working in this application you will be supporting the global production planning necessary for H&M's vision: to provide fashion & quality at the best price, in a sustainable way.

• The job of an Application Expert at H&M comes with a lot of responsibility – and lots of fun.  Your to-do list includes:
  

•  Understand possibilities and limitations of the CPM product solution and the application
  
• Be able to understand the business process which the system supports
  
• Be able to have a dialogue with business stakeholders and end users
  
• Analyze requirements and defects and translate this into development (consisting mainly of configurations) on the standard platform.
  
• Support end-users, with issues that require application expertise
  
• Development and configuration of the application
  
• Handle performance reviews, software updates, and release management etc. of the application.
  
• Communicate with our operations team and handle base loads and restores
  
• We believe you have university degree or equivalent qualification that you gained through work experience
  
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience

To be successful in this role you need to take own initiatives and work proactively while being supportive and sharing responsibilities within the team. We believe you are an analytical person who has a strong interest in understanding logical and complex mathematical challenges and always aim to find technical solutions to business challenges. We are looking for you who are goal oriented and have high delivery capacity.
