KSC, Digital Transport Operator (DTO) is focused on our commercially viable services and solutions. The mission is to make the transport haulier’s and operator’s business more sustainable and profitable through digitalization. The position

The sales team’s mission is to make transport operators more sustainable and profitable through digitalisation. The sales team consists of sales professionals with accountability for digital service sales. You are the Sales Manager that will help us reach our goals. The Sales Manager is accountable for distributor sales management within selected international markets and to drive and optimize the global sales strategy for selected service concepts. This international role covers strategic- and tactical sales.

Responsibilities covers:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies, processes and sales offers in partnership with the Market Companies (BUs).
  • Negotiate short- and long term targets with the Market Companies (BUs) to meet overall sales targets.
  • Extensive travelling to markets to understand the local markets challenges and opportunities.
  • Influence at all levels to grow volumes- and revenues.
  • Train- and motivate key stakeholders in best practises.
  • Actively support closures of cross functional fleet deals.
  • Implement Sales- and Incentive programs.
  • Regularly follow up on sales trends and act on deviations from plan.
  • Define the global sales strategy and value proposition for selected service concepts. 

Your experience and skills

The ideal candidate has an entrepreneurial spirit and a good understanding of the transport industry and connectivity. Extensive experience from International Service Sales, Distributor Management and/or Digital Service Sales as well as organisational Change Management transformation will be highly valued.

Well-organised and analytical, enjoy working in a multicultural cross functional environment as well as being able to handle multiple priorities and at the same time inspire others.

A team player with an ability to drive sales management based on business needs and strong relationships. You have good communication skills, can easily relate to other people and you are comfortable to represent the organisation in an external context.

You have a relevant academic education in business and/or engineering. Fluency in English is a prerequisite, both verbally and in writing, is required and knowledge of other languages is a bonus.
