IT Process and Transformation Lead i Kista

Welcome to the division that will ensure that the dynamics and strategies of the company are implemented and supported by IT.
 

We are now looking for experienced IT Process and Transformation Lead to join our team!
 

This high performing group of people is responsible for key areas which includes IT Strategy, Enterprise Architecture, IT Processes, IT Service Management, IT Transformation and Workplace. Additional responsibilities include coordination of the annual IT strategic planning activities, demand management, metrics and reporting and coordination and oversight of special projects as required.

As IT Process and transformation lead you will secure that best practices for Build & Run processes are implemented and governed within the IT domain. You will be responsible to improve both speed and quality of IT-deliveries and supporting the business organization.
You will work in a department that is responsible for all Service Integration and Transformation within IT and work closely together with other process managers. In your daily work you will lead workshops and train the organization making sure that efficiency is measured through key performance indicators. Experience from Telecom and Large Service Delivery organizations is an advantage as well as being familiar with SAFe model and ITIL foundation.

Requirements

• Extensive experience from process development and process governance within the IT domain.
• Able to drive the process implementation and continuous follow up on the IT organizations process maturity.
• Drive KPI and SLA follow-up and improvements within the organization.
• Knowledge in tools supporting the process implementation for various number of process. Like for incident-, problem-, change- and release processes
• Well proven in facilitate workshop to drive progress and document results.
• Minimum of five years of working experience within process governance.
