Sounds like you? Great, keep on reading as we have the perfect opportunity for you. We are looking for a fluent English speaker to join the Quality team. 

As a Service Specialist for the Quality team in Service Center you will be responsible for quality assurance, which includes developing and measuring the way we communicate and deliver service to our customers. You will coach our agents to develop their skills to deliver excellent service to our customers and work closely with our service partners to ensure they meet their Quality goals. Proofreading, translation and business travel will also be part of your daily work. 

You will be a part of the Quality team which focuses on giving UK agents the best opportunities to perform well and achieve their goals. In this role you will have the opportunity to influence the development of our agents and the success of our service partners. 

You also have the ability to work with different stakeholders, under pressure, with deadlines and are not afraid of changes for growth.
