Your future responsibilities
You’ll join Group Strategy & Governance (GSG) is facilitating
and driving the transformation journey across Group wide operations, as well as
supporting Group wide product related responsibilities (e.g. change
initiatives, reviews and approval processes). GSG is supporting Group wide
governance bodies related to these areas.
What
you’ll be doing:
- Lead and execute key initiatives on the transformation agenda, e.g.
related to creation of synergies
- Take responsibility and lead day-to-day activities in certain areas,
e.g. related to Product responsibility areas
- Lead and support projects; interact with a wide range of stakeholders
across the organisation
- Deliver high quality analyses and presentation material on which management
can make sound decisions, as well as prepare and facilitate meetings and
workshops
- Providing strategic management advisory and support
The
role is based in Stockholm. Welcome to a small team of dedicated colleagues who

important tasks and initiatives towards a transformed Nordea.

Your
profile and background:
- At least 4-5 years of relevant experience
- Management/strategy consulting and/or Management Partner-roles is
preferred
- Experience in the Banking or wider Financial Services industry, as
well as experience in organisational development, operational/process
improvement, portfolio management and/or change management
- A self-driven and optimistic approach with a "can-do"
attitude
- Skilled in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word and Excel)
- University degree in e.g. Economics, Finance or similar (M.Sc.)
- Fluency in written and spoken English and a Nordic language
