The organization “Product introduction Chassis and Cabs” represents Final Assembly and Cab production in the Product Development Process. The mission is to secure product introductions with 0 deviations. The organization is located in Södertälje for Chassis and Oskarshamn for Cabs.
“Product introduction Chassis” in Södertälje consists of engineering departments and a development line where product and process is verified at SOP. The engineering departments has different focus areas, like Project Management, Logistic Development, Process Development and Digital/Physical Test Assembly & Dimensional Engineering. One of the top priority areas within the organization is to take the next step in how verification of new products can be developed.
The development line is working with product and process verification in different stages of the product development process, from prototypes to SOP, in close cooperation with other departments within engineering, as well as Research and Development. We are now looking for a proven leader to take on this challenge of leading a group of approximately 38 persons in a dynamic environment.
