Your responsibilities
The position as a Business Expert for Google Analytics at H&M Online Sales comes with lots of responsibility – and lots of fun! Your main responsibilities will be:
•Support both local and global teams with both short-term and long-term analysis from a web behaviour perspective
•Secure we utilize the capabilities of the tools in the most efficient way to secure data driven analysis for our e-commerce business
•Find new ways of analysing and create dashboards to make new analysis capabilities available for the organisation
•Involved in setting up tracking for new features being developed for our site in order to secure implementation and improvements of features
•Drive data quality for web data including to report and follow up on incidents to enable analysis
•System responsible for Google Analytics including being responsible for managing accesses and structure within the tool
•Be responsible for projects and work cross-functionally in order to take web analysis to the next level!
This role is part of the Global E-commerce Analytics and Strategic Development team. We are a team of nine and a mix of E-commerce Controllers, Business Analysts, and Project leaders. In short, except the responsibility within this role, we are also responsible for the supply chain area, AI development, BI, and our long-term growth and strategy for our e-commerce business.

•Excellent skills in Google Analytics are required. Experience of working with Excel and Tableau is an advantage

The position is full time and based at our Head Office in Stockholm, Sweden.
