Acceptance test lead to Business Development – H&M Group! i Stockholm

Business Development H&M Brand is responsible for collecting, planning, driving and analyzing the Business Developments initiatives. The focus is cross functional and stretches over online as well as offline development of our business.

The Acceptance test team is testing new features and functionality as well as new markets to be launched on the site. The group contributes to the digital development by securing quality in the supported development areas in tight collaboration with the Business, IT and suppliers. The aim is to support better sales, customer experience and internal efficiency.

Your responsibilities

Your responsibility as an Acceptance test lead comes with lots of responsibility – and lots of fun!  You will be coordinating the validation of digital development experience on the Online platforms as well as business functions tools to support the customer journey. This means you need to:

• follow digital development initiatives within your area and early identify need for acceptance test.
• identify areas to test during maintenance releases 
• plan and support Go live periods.
• plan, train and coordinate business test resources. 
• plan and calculate test capacity for upcoming releases.
• plan and prepare test in cooperation with IT (test scope, approach, test data needs).
• collect requirements and prepare test scenarios and test cases.
• support during test execution, perform tests if needed, follow up on results, prioritize defects and escalate issues to management. 
• collect status from acceptance testers and report overall test status.
• suggest re-planning and mitigation actions if needed to keep the release time plan.

• analyze and develop ways of working within the test area continuously.
  

You will have daily contact with business representatives, business project leaders, IT project leaders, IT test leads, suppliers, product owners etc.  You will be part of a group of Acceptance testers and test leads whose focus is securing the quality of our digital development.

Your skills         

• value own responsibility, fast pace, teamwork and straightforward communication.

• experience from working within IT (development process from requirement to implementation). must st have ability to co-ordinate work and assume a leading role.
• preferably have knowledge of E-commerce and test area.
• knowledge and experience of Agile way of working is favorable.
• fluent in English.

• strong communication skills and the ability to work with many different stakeholders.

The position is full time and located at out Head Office in Stockholm City and in Marievik, Liljeholmen, during certain periods.
