We are looking for you who enjoys working on a high strategical level with complex customer data. Who want to be at the forefront of data driven decision making in marketing at an international leader within fashion retail, where it’s possible to find what you love, space to create and room to grow. As a member of the global CRM team you will part of a fun team with access to large and varied amounts of exciting data.
 

H&M’s global Marketing function is looking for a CRM Market Analyst. The CRM team is part of the CRM & Loyalty department consisting of analysts, data scientists, customer strategist and project managers. We work with sophisticated CRM methods and are responsible for supporting the organization with data driven insights to produce and improve relevant targeted marketing to customers worldwide. As a Data Scientist in the CRM team you will be an important player in how H&M builds relationships with our customers now and in the future. 


One of our core values at H&M is “Keep it Simple” so to keep things simple this would be your main responsibilities:

 
  •  Analyze customer data to deliver clear insights on customer segments behavior to be used in customer strategies and marketing communication
  • Translate insight into recommendations that drive decision-making and actions
  • Use data visualization tools to structure data and build CRM reports that spread customer insights to different stakeholders within the company
  • Contribute in projects and respond to ad-hoc analyses requests
  •  Contribute to H&Ms work to be even more customer centric and create a learning organization. 
  • Build relevant segments of customers in tools like Adobe Audience Manager – used in our personalized and targeted communication
  • In this role, you will work closely with central teams within Marketing and Sales
 
 

What we believe is important to be successful in this role:

 
  • Basic knowledge of coding in at least one of following statistical software; SAS, SQL, Python or R
  •  Experience working in SAS, SQL, Tableau or Power BI is highly meriting as you will primarily work in these
  • You have a degree in statistics, economics, engineering, or another related field
  •  Self-motivated and results-oriented. You need to be able to proactively and independently identify the needs of the organization and handle ambiguity, while also securing that the goals of the team are met
  • Have an entrepreneurial and problem-solving mindset with a strong customer focus
 

The position is full time and based at the H&M head office in Stockholm City
