Your future responsibilities

 

The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline. You will do so by identifying key business opportunities and prospects in the small -and mid-cap market.

What you will be doing:

  • Identify new business opportunities, build pipeline and close deals with new corporate clients
  • Develop and maintain a strong network with key players in the market
  • Lead and coordinate a team of specialists
  • Generate leads to your team and other colleagues within Nordea
  • Develop and leverage sales tools to identify new business
  • Collaborate and build strong relationships with our internal stakeholders

As we are having a very ambitious growth plan, we are searching for interesting candidates in Stockholm, Gothenburg and Malmo.

Your profile and background:

  • You have a proactive mindset with an interest to build for the future, a role-model behaviour and a never compromising integrity
  • You have strong stakeholder management skills and can negotiate and reason with senior stakeholders to ensure the best possible outcome
  • Proven track record of achieving targets and driving sales growth in a business
  • Preferably a long experience working with corporate clients and engaging in strategic dialogues with senior management
  • Master’s degree
