We are a team focusing on regulatory and risk projects within Regulatory
Management in Global BRIS. This is a chance to jump into a world of interesting
and complex compliance and regulatory topics and an opportunity for you to
develop your skills in managing high-complexity projects across the group.

The Regulatory
Management unit within Global BRIS is responsible for identifying new or
changed regulation affecting Nordea. The unit provides group-wide
oversight and status reporting of the regulatory projects as well as project
management support in implementation of regulatory projects.
Your future responsibilities
Our unit is responsible for running
regulatory change projects and risk projects with a cross group element. Interesting, complex projects with a regulatory focus across the Group.
You will need your skills as a facilitator, organiser, manager and motivator to
reach high-end quality results that ensure compliance requirements and customer
satisfaction along with strong stakeholder management skills.

- Independently structure and drive projects
- Handle stakeholders on all organizational levels efficiently and effectively
- Ensure progress according to the set milestones
- Be a valued sparring partner and mentor for project managers in your projects and in our team
The
role is based in any of the Nordic countries. Welcome to a multi-functional Nordic

Your profile and
background:
- A thorough analytical approach and capability to lead a project team on matters with high level of responsibility
- Experience in business development in an agile and cross-country organization and/or experience in working with financial processes would be an asset
- Proven strong team-spirit and outgoing personality ensuring coordination within the team and with all internal and external stakeholders, as well as great communication skills, both spoken and written both in a Nordic language and English
- Candidates must have certifications in relevant Nordea project methodologies, preferably SAFE
- A master’s degree within business, law, economics or equivalent
