IT Analyst, Stockholm

We are looking for a senior IT Analyst to drive IT changes from business needs to customer solutions in close cooperation with a dedicated team.

You'll join the IT department in Nordea Life & Pension, where we are responsible for the development and maintenance of the application portfolio of Nordea Life & Pension. The work is mostly performed in teams with representatives from different parts of the organization.

What you'll be doing:

• Analyse, plan and drive prioritized IT projects/changes with focus on creating great customer experiences in an industry with high regulatory demands
• Proactively cooperate with relevant stakeholders  
• Work in close cooperation with program/project managers
• Enjoy developing yourself and colleagues through coaching and feedback

The role is based in Stockholm. The members of the team are playing an important role in getting NLP SE success in prioritized projects.

Your profile and background:

• Interest in driving and executing IT project/changes from start to finish in a complex environment
• Independent, as well as collaborative
• Embrace challenges and actively seek learning opportunities
• Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken 
• Experience in the insurance area, as well as in implementing standard systems are both seen as great advantages
