As a Capital & Risk Analyst in Regulatory Internal Reporting, you will join a fast-paced and dynamic field of critical importance in the international finance industry. You will get exposure to a broad spectrum of risk types from capital to liquidity risks, as well as the opportunity to work with passionate and collaborative colleagues at Nordea – the largest financial services group in the Nordic region and one of the biggest banks in Europe.
Your future responsibilities
As a Capital & Risk Analyst you will be:
- Working with large datasets, analysing and present the development of finance, credit, capital and liquidity risk data
- Participate in “deep dives” into a given portfolio, product or business area to aid management decision making and/or respond to supervisory requests
- Participate in business events, such as a merger or acquisition, conduct impact assessments and help integrate into the reporting setup
- Present portfolio development to senior internal stakeholder
- Develop and innovate new solutions to address stakeholder needs

Basic prerequisites:
- An academic degree in finance, mathematics, statistics, engineering or similar
- Strong presentation skills and interest to interact with stakeholders
- Solid analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Strong interest and desire to keep up-to-date with the changing regulatory landscape
- Ability to work well within a team as well as with other teams across the bank
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience with Basel III/CRD IV
- Accounting knowledge (IFRS)
