Business Analyst i Stockholm

This is an exciting role within the Product Management area where you will take on the role as project manager for the new pricing model (AuM Project). As a Business Analyst you are expected to identify and drive our change and improvement agenda to meet the requirements from business needs, regulatory requirements (MIFID 2) and to improve process efficiency and quality.

You will be a key person to identify and formulate business and process requirements. You will work closely with our specialists within Group Savings, Digital Banking, SBV/Savings banks and other internal and external stakeholders and vendors. Close cooperation with the newly established Product Governance area is also key in this role.

Key tasks for this position is to:

• To compile and analyze business needs and identify development opportunities including business cases and recommendations.
• Formulate and drive business requirements toward the development and support organization.
• Act as project manager and/or coordinator for our development initiative.
• You are also expected to develop a network both internally and externally with industry colleagues and trade bodies.
• To maintain external and internal strategic dialogue to understand business capabilities and gaps
  
  

You have a genuine interest in development of the savings product area in general and the investment services in particular to achieve client satisfaction and robust processes and supporting tools for our advisors working in the higher segments.

You need to be self-motivated and well organized with excellent communication skills. You enjoy meeting and discussing solutions with business representatives inside and outside the bank. You share information and knowledge with your colleagues.

You also need to be able to write and express yourself clearly as well as conduct presentations and workshops on all organization levels. English language skills are required as is curiosity and willingness to operate in an international organization. You will take an active part in establishing your network both internally and externally.

• Experience in business development, project management or similar roles
• Good cooperation skills
• Very good communication skills and ability to lead the way
• Internal drive and keen to learn new things
• Knowledge of financial instruments and asset management
• Interested in regulatory topics and developments
• Academic degree or equivalent with at least three years of experience preferable from business development or product management roles within the savings area
  
  

This position is based in Stockholm with limited travel requirements.
