Head of Swedish Banking Compliance i Sundbyberg, Stockholm 2019

Group Compliance´s overall objective is to provide assurance to the CEO and Board that the operations of the Group are conducted in accordance with regulatory requirements impacting the bank. We are hiring a Head of Swedish Banking Compliance that has experience of, and a specific interest of working with compliance matters that arises within the Swedish Banking business area.

You will report directly to the Chief Compliance Officer and will be a member of Group Compliance´s management team and will also work closely with the management of Swedish Banking.

Examples of duties:

• Support the Chief Compliance Officer;
• Establish and execute on the risk-based plans for Swedish Banking; and
• Participate and actively contribute to the work conducted within Swedish banking´s management team and Risk Committee.
  
  

Proven experience of working with compliance matters related to retail businesses with in depth knowledge of MiFID 2, AML/CTF and GDPR.

Legal degree and more than 10 years of practical experience from working in a bank or another financial institution, either as a manager or specialist.

Communication skills and ability to present matters fluently in English, orally and verbally.
In order to succeed in this role, you will need to lead and develop the unit and its employees in periods of change. Previous managerial experience is therefore valued.
