We are now looking for a Sales Operations Manager to join us at Tele2. Are you the person we are looking for?

 

Role Description:

 

In your role as a Sales Operations Manager your mission is to define and implement many of the key processes which support Tele2 B2B sales activity.  You will play an central role in making sure these processes are accessible (via sales tools and systems) and understood by the B2B sales community (via appropriate training programs).  To do so you will work in close collaboration with the Sales Operations colleagues, the B2B Sales Community  and internal / external partners. You will work in a fast-paced, dynamic and forward-thinking environment.

 

Your responsibilities include:
 

  • Development of B2B Sales best practices and the definition of clear and efficient processes in support of these.  Some consultation with key knowledge owners within the Tele2 B2B sales organisation would be undertaken as part of this task.
  • Ensuring that best practices are clearly and concisely documented – building a repository of these over time and maintaining these so that they remain relevant and fit-for-purpose.
  • Working with technology partners – both internal and external – to make sure that processes are accessible to sales personnel via  appropriate technology and tools.
  • Working with training partners – both internal and external – to ensure documented practices are taught and thus understood by all appropriate sale personnel.
  • Act as a champion for good sales practices across Tele2 B2B Sales by promoting and communicating their importance, value and relevance – and further provide oversight and tracking of their adoption wherever practicable.

 

 

Requirements:

 

We are looking for you who have 5 – 7  years of Sales, Sales Management and/or Sales Operations experience within the ICT industry, to include:
 

  • A comprehensive understanding of B2B sales processes and the tools which support them e.g. Salesforce, Siebel etc.
  • Process design and implementation experience.
  • Considerable experience of delivering transformation / change projects – has the ability to oversee such projects and deliver them in complex environments. 
  • Strong consultative and influencing skills.
