Why work with us?

As a manager I like to be close to my team. I trust my team members and normally do not get involved in how work is carried out. Team members' personal objectives are followed up on a regular basis however and you will get support when needed.

We have a culture of knowledge sharing and thus I expect team members to work independently, ask for help when needed, show a willingness to share their knowledge and to help colleagues when necessary.

In summary, you will have the opportunity to work with interesting, challenging tasks together with friendly colleagues. Your work will make a difference to all Swedbank's customers.

We may begin the selection under the application period, so we welcome your application as soon as possible.

Nothing of interest for you – recommend the job to a friend!
