Scrum Master to Digital Communication i Stockholm / Umeå

You will, together with team members, be involved in the development process from start to finish. You will work as part of the team, interacting with team manager, Agile Product Owners, Business Analysts, Software engineers and other stakeholders. You will have the opportunity to make an impact and help the team to achieve their goals.

As a Scrum Master you are a servant leader and you coach the team members and the team. You help the team to remove impediments and strive for continuous improvements. Your assignments include:

• Coaching the Scrum team to deliver with sustainability and quality
• Continuously improving the way we work together with the team
• Managing, leading and following up on activities and initiatives within the team
• Dealing with ad hoc issues and questions
• Understanding and practicing agile ways of working principles
• Facilitating agile events as requested or needed
• Removing impediments to the CFT's progress
• Lead and support the agile way of working
  
  

As a person you are a good team player who enjoys sharing your knowledge and learning from colleagues. You are an analytical, structured, creative problem solver and are motivated by learning and taking on new responsibilities. Good communication skills are essential and you have the ability to get a message across to different audiences. We think you have a positive attitude, you are social and not be afraid to dig in.

The role also requires:

• Being able to communicate effortlessly in Swedish and English, both in writing and in speech
• Experience with tight deadlines and multiple simultaneously ongoing initiatives
• Good business and technical understanding
• Good knowledge in SWAP and Agile methodologies
