Software Engineer i Umeå

In this role you will be responsible for:

• Able to walk the line from business demands to high-level solution design all the way to technical implementation with cross functional teams.
• Eager to coach different teams to heighten their maturity and continuously push for better solutions and new technologies.
• Communicate Swedbank Target Architecture and Business Domain Architecture to relevant stakeholders within Business Area/Group Function
• Create or participate in the creation of architectural descriptions or other architecture related artefacts continuously evolving Target Architecture
  
  

In this role we are looking for someone who is passionate about new technologies and digitalization.Preferably you are a Software Engineer with a Solution Architect background or vice versa. To excel in this role, you will also need:

• Academic degree in engineering, computer science or any other relevant discipline.
• You have 5+ years of industry experience in software development, preferably previous experience as an architect.
• You have 3+ years of experience as a lead engineer
• It's a big plus if you have experience in models, methods and tools used within architecture work.
• As a person you are structured and can prioritize; you are a strong leader with good decision making skills.
• You have excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work well with all levels of engineers and managers.
• You set goals and achieves them by thinking out of the box.
