Software Engineer to Fund Distribution i Sundbyberg

You will be an important part of an agile team working with the deliveries of the unit holder register for funds in the value stream Savings Distribution Services. You will deliver secure, appropriate and reliable IT services in the fund distribution area.

Your responsibilities as Software Engineer include to:

• Contribute in all areas: analysis, design, develop, test and maintain services delivered by the team. The role does not include coding currently, but that might change in the future. The coding is done by consultants belonging to same agile team within our premises in Sundbyberg.
• Extensive experience from system architecture to be able to support architects around Business Domain architecture.
• Be the responsible internal resource for IT tasks to make the incident handling, development, maintenance and implementation smooth and efficient, working with other employees, external consultants and vendors.
• Solve and deploy solutions of incidents and problems
• Responsible for access management for our systems – including on and off-boarding of users within Swedbank and external consultants.
• Make sure consultants and employees have the right tools and using them in a compliant way – for example JIRA, GIT and Cyberark.
• Proactively reduce the technical debt.
• Support the APO (Agile Product Owner) in finding a good balance between life cycle management, maintenance, regulatory compliance as well as development.
• Have, and continue to gain, good knowledge of the business in the value stream.
• Solve and deploy solutions of incidents and problems.
• Continuously update existing documentation for the services.
• Collaborate with the Agile Product Owner, Business Analysts and other roles in refining the product backlog to identify that the most valuable things are being worked on first.
  
  

You will need extensive experience from working as a Software Engineer and proven experience in software development and incident management.

You will also need to:

• Be an expert in agile way of working.
• Have deep understanding of application structure including hardware.
• Be able to perform investigations on assigned tasks alone.
• Have proven knowledge of programming languages.
• Be structured, systematic and interest in details.
