H&M’s Global Customer Service is an omni-channel and multi brand organization with focus on the customer dialogue throughout the customer journey. We are present in all online markets, where we serve both online and store contacts from all brands within the H&M group. Today we are around 3000 employees and work at 12 locations all over the world.


We in Customer Service are looking to strengthen our workforce management strategy with a new position: Global Workforce Management Manager. This position will be a part of the Global HR team and will be responsible for our Global Staff Planning team.


In your role you will:

  • Analyze results and educate the Customer Service organization to deliver clear insights on workforce management, scheduling compared to budget and statistics. 
  • Set and follow up workforce management focused goals for the organization in order to deliver value for the employee, customer and business.
  • Translate insights into recommendations about workforce management. 
  • Analyze the way of working with scheduling relative to budget and working environment.
  • Develop your team to improve performance
  • Use data visualization tools to spread workforce management statistics to stakeholders within the organization. 
  • Benchmark to find the best way of working for H&M Customer Service. 
  • In this role, you will work closely with the Customer Service Centres and the Global teams.

  • You are self-motivated, result oriented and a problem solver. 
  • You can proactively and independently identify the needs of the organization and handle ambiguity, while also securing that the goals are met.
  • You are a passionate leader and believe in people. 
  • You have at least 3 years of WFM working experience in a global company. 
  • At least 5 years of leadership experience. 
  • You thrive on driving business results through teamwork.
  • You want to dig into big data and discover actionable insights.
  • Preferably you have a degree in statistics, economics, human resources, or another related field. 
  • You have entrepreneurial spirit and passion for the customer and the employee.
