Technical Account Manager to Swedbank Pay i Sundbyberg

To succeed as a Technical Account Manager you need have clear communications skills, be able to have many strings on your bow and thrive on building relations and have a keen eye to identifying and solving problems. As you will work with and be supported by almost all of the other parts of Swedbank Pay and its specialists to succeed in your task, a cooperative and open mindset is a required ability.

As a Technical Account Manager you will support the acquiring
business by being:

• Responsible for maintenance meetings with your partners.
• Responsible for the change management with your partners.
• Responsible for following up the quality of your partner's deliveries in regards to card transactions i.e. incidents and problem solving.
• Responsible for action plans after major incidents at our partners or internally.
• Responsible for structured conveying solution suggestions and requirements to partners both internally and externally.
• Act as a SPOC for your partners technical questions.
• Following up quality on delivered solutions.
• Participating in internal and partner driven investigations, assignments and projects.
• Supporting KAM with technical competence in the acquiring business.

You are a self-leading and dynamic person with a structured approach. You know how to prioritize and like a role where you continuously need to look at new requirements and guidelines. Cooperation both externally and internally is no problem for you since you speak easily with both internal and external resources on both the IT and the Business side. You are great at creating and maintaining relations with external partners and you have a deep interest and vast knowledge in the IT area, perhaps in combination with an academic degree. Card business is not new to you since you have worked within the area for at least five years.

You have a positive attitude and a drive force to continue developing yourself. Customer focus is important to you along with the business. You are fluent in the English language, both in speech and writing and
at least one other Nordic language (Swedish, Norwegian, Finish or Danish). You will have your work place in Sundbyberg, Oslo,
Copenhagen or Helsinki. Travel in the Nordic region is expected.
