About the job

As segment manager at Swedbank, your main responsibility is to develop our offering and service model in order to increase sales, profitability and customer satisfaction within Swedbank's largest customer segment "middle of life".

The role of Segment manager retail middle of life includes:

  • Ensure profitability and fulfillment of set KPIs for the middle of life segment
  • Through insights on individual needs within the segment, create the most attractive offers and campaigns
  • Create and bring out relevant customer offers for the segment in all sales channels,
  • Maintain continuous understanding of our customers within the segment, their behaviors, needs and immediate calls for improvement
  • Communication of product requirements and market demand further and enhanced development and digitization of products, development of new services and improved customer offerings.
  • Participate in development and implement customer lifecycle process steps

What you need to succeed

 You:

  • know how to transform consumer insights to offers and activities.
  • have a documented experience from a strategic position,
  • are able to identify deviations in result and balance sheets,
  • have documented experience from developing business cases
  • have excellent skills in writing reports and presentations in English
  • are a leader of business with experience from running and developing business both in physical but mainly in digital environment.
  • have a great insight into the digital landscape and have an understanding of all the channels in which we meet our customers.
  • are focused on delivering results towards set targets
  • have a strong sense of ownership and determination to get things done
