We are now looking for a Swedish speaking part-time customer care coordinator for our client company Freska in Stockholm! This position is perfect e.g. for a student, who is able to work a few days a week, has a passion for customer service and enjoys working in a start-up environment.
Freska is a modern home cleaning company, based in Finland, Norway and Sweden. You will be working in a team of three people (including you) and will therefore get support from your experienced colleagues. Freska is still a startup which is why you will be surrounded by motivated, passionate and fun people!
Who are you:
You have a passion for customer care and are able to work two days a week (one of the days being Monday, the other one free of choice). You are good at problem-solving, multitasking and have a flexible mindset. Previous work experience with customer service is seen as an advantage. However, what matters the most is your attitude! Fluent Swedish and English language skills are a requirement for this position.
