We are a group of 9 employees that supports our sales organization technically within modification & upgrades for our gas turbines (medium size 15-50 MW).
The challenge
· Read and comment customer specifications from a technical point of view (mechanical part, auxiliary system and core engine).
· Suggest technical solution upon requests from our sales organization including technical specifications, scope of supply and cost calculation.
· Act as technical coordinator within large delivery projects between the different technical disciplines (core, auxiliary systems and electrical & controls).
· Technical sub-project manager in delivery projects (mainly for core engine) executed from the service department.
· Technical support during customer meetings together with the sales manager.
Who are you?
· You have a bachelor’s degree within mechanical engineering.
· Work experience within mechanical engineering in general and preferable also within gas turbine specifically.
· Requires very high cooperation skills since there will be a need of information exchange between different departments.
· Very skilled in English language both verbally and in writing.
· Be able to work independently against specific goals and time schedules.
· Be able to participate in customer meetings and if required conduct presentations for a larger group of people.
· Travels will be part of the work up to 10-15 days per year
