Operational Risk Coordinator i Sundbyberg

About the job

As the Operational Risk Coordinator you will be focusing in the following areas:

  • Coordinate operational risk management issues on behalf of Group Finance in cooperation with CFO Operational Risk Manager
  • Act as "one point of entry" towards the CFO Office Operational Risk Manager and coordinates the Group Finance Operational Risk activities
  • Focus on supporting the management team within Group Finance to manage operational risk, incorporate and drive key mitigating change activities as part of the normal activity plan
  • Drive the risk identification (RCSA) on behalf of Group Finance, coordinate operational risk reporting, NPAP, incidents management, IA/EA follow-up, documentation, CMT etc
  • Support Group Reporting management on various tasks to improve processes and governance in the journey towards operational excellence

What you need to succeed

You have the ability to plan, manage and execute activities as well as manage stakeholder expectations. You aim to increase risk awareness and continuously mitigate risks and you are driven by both results and values. You have a strong drive to continuously develop and improve the operational risk management within Group Finance. The role will imply contact and collaboration with multiple units within Group Finance and with the CFO Office and cross Swedbank Group.

We are looking for you who have a solution oriented mindset, a "can do" attitude and a minimum 3-5 years of relevant work experience. You have a strong interest in the operational risk area, especially in securing execution of activities to manage and mitigate operational risks.

You should have a strong academic record and excellent skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, Word, etc.). The position will also require strong verbal and written communication skills.
