Agile Product Owner – CRM/NBA i Sundbyberg

As APO you will be responsible for the requirements in your backlog and for maximizing the value of the work of the cross functional team. Your goal is to enable the bank to send personalized offers to all our customers at the right time in the right channel.

You will collect requirements from different stakeholders and prioritize them in the backlog – find the best balance between new functionality, maintenance, life cycle, regulatory items, etc.

You will be part of a very diversified team in an atmosphere of openness and humor and drive to success.

We will together continue to build CRM as the enabler of customer satisfaction with many challenges and fantastic colleagues to reach Swedbank Wanted Position.

• You are an experienced Agile product owner
• Customer centric view and the ability to prioritize and make decisions in the interest of Swedbank and Savingbanks.
• Strong drive to deliver
• Knowledge about Next Best Action and Campaign solutions.
• Ability to communicate the Next Best Action vision
• Good stakeholder management skills
• Good cooperation skills and willingness to find solutions across organizational borders.
• Excellent communication skills and proficient in oral and written English
• Self-driven with a give and take responsibility mindset
• University degree or similar
