About the job

The newly established AFC Program Office within the Anti-Financial Crime (AFC) has the overall responsibility for running group Financial crime common programmes with focus on AML/CTF area to ensure group implementation as well as owning the overall AML/CTF transformation roadmap to ensure we implement group processes and solutions

As a Program/Change Manager you are making sure that Swedbank is working towards securing group KYC/AML- customer centric end-to-end efficient and automated processes.

You will be responsible for coordinating and driving group common programmes within Financial crime area. This includes managing and supporting group and local process work in terms of methods and coaching, as well as leading and motivating the team to drive towards great execution and delivery. The role includes managing project and capacity planning, progress tracking and team-wide collaboration and communication.

What you need to succeed
  • Work experience, minimum 5 years of total work experience of driving changes/transformation programmes
  • Good planning, prioritising skills and high delivery capability
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Experience from writing reports and decision material to senior management as well as presenting it.
  • Ability to understand regulatory requirements and implement them into the organisation
  • Excellent Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills
