Senior Strategic Analyst to AFC Program Office i Sundbyberg

The newly established AFC Program Office within the Anti-Financial Crime (AFC) has the overall responsibility for running group common Financial Crime Programmes with focus on the AML/CTF to ensure group implementation as well as owning the overall group AML/CTF transformation roadmap, including follow up and progress reporting

As a Senior Strategic Analyst/Planner you are making sure that Swedbank is working towards securing group AML/CTF- customer centric end-to-end efficient and automated processes. You will have a central role in building the Strategic planning unit, which main responsibility is to manage the overall AML/CTF transformation roadmap, including follow-up and reporting to internal and external stakeholders

The role will include the following tasks:

• Strategic planning within both AFC Program office as well as for the entire Swedbank Group
• Strategic Analysis

• Work experience as Management Consultant from a well-established company
• Strong analytical and strategic competence
• Good planning, prioritising skills and high delivery capability, e.g. through experience as a project manager
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Experience from writing reports and decision material to senior management as well as presenting it.
• Ability to understand regulatory requirements
• Excellent Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills
