You will be part of the Business Unit Grid Integration, located in Västerås. Your responsibilities
  • Developing control architectures for new applications, maximizing synergies and modularity
  • Creating concept design for our control and protection systems (both hardware and software)
  • Working in our agile teams to provide our delivery organization with new feature and application.
  • Hands-on development and testing of control systems for grid solutions.
  • Developing the compatibility towards the IEC61850 standard.
  • Being part of a dedicated team, in which we work together to handle all requirements from different stakeholders.

Your background
  • A university degree within automation, electrical systems, computer engineering/science or similar.
  • More than three years of experience within industrial control systems, like 800xA or similar, and/or been working.
  • hands-on with communication standards, like IEC61850, is highly advantageous.
  • It is an advantage if you have worked within a SCRUM, agile or lean setup previously.
  • Interest in software development.
  • You need to master English and enjoy working in an international setting where you will get to exchange knowledge with people from all over the world.
  • In addition, you have what it takes to plan and organize your own work.
  • You are a driven problem solver who eagerly takes initiatives and always delivers on time and according to expectations.
