H&M Business Trainee 2020 i Stockholm

Do you want to influence the H&M Business globally? Are you a business driven top-talent with strong leadership qualities? Start your H&M journey by joining the Business Trainee Program!

As one of H&Ms Business Trainees you will be part of an exciting 12-month program starting in August 2020. You will get a deep insight in the H&M value chain working as a Business Controller within Assortment, Production, Sales and Online Sales. You will experience placements in Stockholm and abroad within our global organization. You will work with the entire process from analysis and setting targets to follow-up and taking actions that will affect H&M globally.

Your introduction will include both working in store and attending inspirational seminars with leaders from several functions within H&M group, giving you a valuable insight in our core business and preparing you for the program. During the program you will take part of internal training, work with your development and grow as a leader. Your trainee-experience will also give you the opportunity to build a broad network within several functions spread over the world. After the program you will start as a Business Controller at Assortment in Stockholm, ready to take on a large responsibility.

In addition, we also see that you have:    

• Degree in business/engineering or young professional with up to two years of experience after your studies.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn your analysis into actions.
  

Fluency in English is required, Swedish is not mandatory.
