What you’ll do:
-Be the driver of developments for new ideas and existing solutions within merchandising as well as cross-functionally
-Set roadmap, analyze and investigate ideas and prioritize together with key stakeholders for your developments
-Formulate detailed business requirement to application / requirement experts and follow-up on development progress
-Drive and provide key input to important projects and initiatives with a thorough knowledge of the merchandising tools and -processes
-Roll out, implement and support new solutions and features in our markets
Who you are:
-Strong analytical skills and an ability to understand and improve ways of working
-You have experience working in Excel/Power BI
-Ability to explain complex things in a comprehensible way and educate in best practice our local and central teams in our tools and processes
-Interest in working with collaboration between IT and business
-Eager to drive sales through smarter use of technology
-Driven by creating results and having a strong business sense
-Strong interpersonal skills and enjoy working with people with different perspectives
-Creative, curious and solution orientated mind-set
