Creative Lead, H&M Marketing & Communication

H&M’s global Marketing & Communication department is located in Stockholm and supports 72 countries around the world. We have the strategic and operational responsibility to build the H&M brand, both internally and externally. Our mission is to create inspiring and relevant communication and to make sure that it’s customer oriented and aligned with our brand identity.

We are now looking for a Creative Lead to strengthen our Identity account, focusing on brand communication.


What you’ll do:
The Creative Lead is part of the account core team. Your main responsibility is to set account strategies together with peer Leads and Account Manager, as well as creative strategies that are aligned with the brand identity and drive business goals. Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Giving creative direction with clear priorities to colleagues or external partners
  • Visualising concepts and ideas 
  • Working closely with Head of Creative to ensure that creative strategies align across all accounts
  • Participating in assignment scoping/briefing when initiating new activities and projects
  • Leading collaborative forums with cross-functional teams
  • Collaborating with peer Leads to proactively explore new ideas and growth opportunities
  • Building and nurturing relationships with creative agencies and talents
  • Evaluating alternatives and making decisions on what creative work to present to stakeholder
 

Who we are looking for:
To be a successful Creative Lead in the Identity account, we believe that you have a keen eye for graphic design and Art Direction. We think that you’re a skilled communicator who’s interested in brand building, customer behaviour and insights. We also believe that you have:

  • Minimum 3-5 years experience from senior creative direction roles, on agency or client side
  • Experience from working as a graphic designer, or similar
  • Experience of leading, motivating and coaching other creatives to reach set goals
  • Proven track record of delivering and executing creative strategies that drive business results
  • A customer-centric approach and ability to deliver omni-channel solutions
  • A results-driven innovative attitude
  • The ability to prioritise and make relevant decisions
