Account Production Manager H&M Marketing & Communications i Stockholm

Marketing & Communication is a global department exists of 450 employees at the Head Office in Stockholm and support all 72 markets around the world. The department has the strategic and operational responsibility to build the H&M brand, internally and externally when it comes to brand awareness, attraction and loyalty. The department constantly drives change making sure that H&M’s communication is customer oriented, relevant and aligned with our brand DNA.

Marketing & Communication will during autumn 2019 start to work in a new task based organizational setup to better meet future requirements. We are now looking for an experienced Account Production Manager for our cross-functional DIVIDED account team.

What you will do:
As Account Production Manager you are accountable the all phases of the project; pre-production, production and post-production.  Your main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Break down project brief and build a clear and actionable time plan for each delivery
• Communicate to ensure team and supplier are aligned on time and plan deliverables
• Manage production of deliverables to ensure on time, on budget on brief delivery
• Source and manage suppliers involved in the production
• Plan and manage production budget
• Collaborate with team to ensure objectives are realized
• Clear and timely handover of project deliverables to Fulfilment team or other recipients
• Challenge the status quo to ensure optimized productions and cost consciousness

Who we are looking for:
As a person we believe that you have a high attention to details, great communication and team collaboration skills. You have a customer-centric approach and truly believe that diversity increases the quality of decision. To be successful as an Account Production Manager we believe you have:

• 5+ years of experience from production management, agency or client side
• Knowledge of all disciplines within marketing and communications 
• Ability to deliver on omnichannel solutions 
• A creative personality 
• Familiar with relevant production management software and communications tool
• Experience within social media and/or digital marketing is desirable
