Account Production Manager H&M Marketing & Communications i Stockholm

Marketing & Communication is a global department exists of 450 employees at the Head Office in Stockholm and support all 72 markets around the world. The department has the strategic and operational responsibility to build the H&M brand, internally and externally when it comes to brand awareness, attraction and loyalty. The department constantly drives change making sure that H&M’s communication is customer oriented, relevant and aligned with our brand DNA.

Marketing & Communication will during autumn 2019 start to work in a new task based organizational setup to better meet future requirements. We are now looking for an experienced Account Production Manager specialized within PR for our cross-functional WOMAN account team.

What you will do:
As Account Production Manager specialized in PR you are responsible for breaking down the project brief and building a clear and actionable time plan for each delivery. Responsible for the media strategy in terms of global media prioritizing, media selection and messages, you will plan PR and communication around the project making sure the brief is followed and material is according to the PR needs of the project

• Responsible for setting the PR and media strategy/planning according to brief provided by PR Lead.
• Planning and executing global event productions and PR activities 
• Being the main contact for PR – and event production agency’s for global activities 
• Responsible for ensuring the goals and KPI´s for the PR strategy and the global activities are realized and reached 
• Communicate to ensure team and supplier are aligned on time and plan deliverables
• Being the main contact person for local PR teams for specific projects 
• Setting guidelines for local event productions 
• Overall responsible for the production of press material
• Manage the PR budget
• Collaborate with team to ensure objectives are realized
• Challenge the status quo to ensure optimized productions and cost consciousness

• 5+ years of experience within PR & communication from agency or client side
• Knowledge of all disciplines within marketing and communications 
• Highly communicative skills 
• Fluent level in English, both in writing and speaking 
• Experience in working with PR agencies and event production agencies, preferably with international agencies  
• Familiar with relevant production management software and communications tool
