Domestic Sales Electrification sells and markets products, systems and service for markets such as buildings, infrastructure, renewable energy, transport electrification and industries. The unit connect, protect and automate important business processes – including power and energy distribution – to improve the reliability and efficiency for our customers operations. The unit also develop intelligent installation systems for home and buildings to improve comfort, energy efficiency and safety.

In Sweden we are now starting an interesting journey where we are building up the new Regional Distribution Center for the countries in Northern Europe. We are now looking for two planners to our new team. As a Regional Distribution Center planner, you will be a vital member of the Logistics team of EL Sales and Marketing Business Line. In this role, you will ensure the correct planning of products requirements and refilling orders, pursuing company main targets as customer service and inventory level. The location for this role can be Linköping, Norrköping, Nyköping or Västerås.

Your responsibilities
  • Managing urgencies to guarantee timely delivery to customer, as well as minimizing late backlog, determining its root causes and eliminating it to ensure service level for customer
  • Ensuring the right inventory level is maintained, minimizing it according to the company’s target while guaranteeing customer service level.
  • Keeping track on stock inventory value and overseeing availability of material to achieve sales plan in Northern Europe region
  • Ensuring the planning and procurement of material from Feeder Factories; driving regular discussion with FFs on inbound issues, planning parameters, reverse logistics and OTD
  • Collaborating in preparing and validating proper Sales and Operations Plan (SOP), according to budget, forecast and management input. Ensure proper phase in – phase out of products
  • Supervising all tactical and transactional purchasing activities, including related periodical master data, adjusting planning parameters and replenishment plans according to demand
  • Controlling the quality of the warehouse (3PL) inventory data and validating any correction made from their side
  • Developing effective relationships with RDC Northern Europe Team (especially Customer Service) and suppliers (Feeder Factories)

Your background
  • Minimum Bachelor degree preferably in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, or equivalent
  • Experience in Planning or Logistics
  • Strong knowledge of Planning and Logistics processes and methodologies
  • Strong knowledge of SAP, preferably on key-user level
  • Fluent written and spoken skills in English are mandatory. Fluent spoken and written skills in Swedish are beneficial.
  • Analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Stress-tolerance, good communication skills, intercultural understanding
  • Ability to develop partnership relation with Feeder Factories and Customer Service
  • Readiness to work in Team structure, result-oriented
