Business Controller to H&M Womens Underwear i Stockholm

Your team
In the role as a Business Controller at H&M Womens Underwear you will be working closely to our core – our Assortment. You will be a part of a mixed team consisting of e.g. a section head, designers and buyers, all working together to create the best Customer Offer while at the same time influencing H&M on a global scale.

What you will do
We now look for a Business Controller that want be a part of creating a new way of working within H&M Womens Underwear, a section that will undergo exciting new changes the upcoming year.

As a Business Controller you will be responsible for the analysis in your team and you will take business-minded decisions and implement actions based on your analysis. Together with your team you will be responsible for the global underwear assortment and maximizing sales and profit within the business area. On a daily basis you will answer questions like: “Are we reaching our sales and profitability goals?” and “How are our different sales markets performing and why?”

In addition to your amazing personality we also see that you:
- Have a degree in business or engineering
- Could be a young professional with up to 4 years working experience.
- Have strong analytical mindset and the ability to turn your analysis into actions.
- Are fluent in English, Swedish is not mandatory
