We now look for a Supply Chain Merchandiser

Are you looking for a role with the perfect combination of strategy, analysis & teamwork? Are you passionate about creating the ultimate customer offer through distribution? Do you want to develop as a leader? If so, then the role as Supply Chain Merchandiser in Sweden might be your next step!

As a Supply Chain Merchandiser you are the key support for the Merchandising team and are responsible for driving and follow up the allocation strategy and have an active focus on stock freshness and reduction strategies. You have an essential role in influencing the garment distribution and responsible for having a good balance between analysis and reality in stores.

Key responsibilities:

Create the best Customer offer

  • Support the Merchandising team on setting the strategy for initial allocation and replenishment

  • Follow up and be responsible for allocation strategy meetings

  • Follow up and identify quantity guidelines per store segment based on demand

  • Support the Merchandisers with proposing actions to keep a balanced stock situation and stock freshness.

  • Point of contact with Logistics to whom you will drive the commercial priorities for the country

  • Support Merchandisers in creating an overview of garment flow based on income and selling to be communicated to the areas and logistics.

  • Support with ad-hoc analysis connected to selling, stock, buying levels and garment income to maximize selling on both short and long term

  • Create, drive and follow up weekly commercial focuses for the market.

     

Drive profitable and sustainable growth in your market

  • Secure and control stock levels which support profitable growth with minimum reduction cost

  • Support and set the strategy for Sale together with Head of Merchandising

  • Keep frequent and transparent communication with Logistic

  • Analyse and support on delivery frequency

  • Provide a clear agenda to the area offices and be the point of contact for all Area Controllers

     

Be a leader

  • Be the informal leader of the team and support team members in stock management.

  • Act as the analytical engine, generate insights and recommend actions around all processes related to allocation and replenishment

  • Develop team members by sharing knowledge within the scope of your role

 

Who you are and your background

  • You have extensive experience from H&M, achieving results beyond expectations in your current position and are recognized as a true role model who engages others in our values.

  • You have a background that provides you with a thorough and holistic understanding of the retail business.

  • You have the ability to process and analyse large data sets and convert them to action

  • You have advance knowledge of Microsoft Excel and any of the following will be a strong plus: PowerBI, VBA, Tableau, DAX, SQL, Python or Alteryx.

  • Most likely you have a university degree in Business, Mathematics, Economics or Engineering

  • You are able to think analytically and enjoys working on a strategic level

  • You have a strong entrepreneurial approach

  • You have great communication skills which builds relationships across functions

 

 

Are you ready to join? This is a full-time position based in Stockholm. You will become a part of the Merchandising team in Sweden and report directly to the Head of Merchandising.
